This month, we dreamed up the perfect garden party photoshoot, sweeter than an Easter bonbonniere. Staged deep in the garden, it was a make-believe land where Easter bunnies met butterflies.

The entrance demanded instant grandeur. A pink and dusty metallic balloon-arch framed the Egg Hunt zone where chocolate bunnies and eggs were hidden amongst sunflowers and petunias. ‘Oh look- I found another one’ she would delightfully scream, and so…off they went, deep in the garden to fill their wicker baskets with chocolates and candy. It was a wonderful adventure.

The Easter Egg hunt was shortly followed by a picnic decorated with a gorgeous low-line timber table, and oversized fluffy cushions. The girls sipped on fruity tea and carrot juice, and cupped their tiny hands to hush Chinese Whispers around the table. The morning captured so much magic.

Finally, they were ready to feast. Creamy cakes, sticky cake pops, rich chocolate earl grey mousse, macarons and hot cross buns reflected the beauty of a Faberge- each dessert featured intricate design and technical perfection.

It was a decadent tango of blooms where full pink roses blossomed next to yellow tulips. Mini chicks were dotted around deep art-deco embellished goblets and added instant regal glamour.

The morning was a celebration of Easter. A celebration of new beginnings.

And so, we say, Hoppy Easter from the Tutu Du Monde Team x
