Float and flutter in our Charmed Headband! Silky soft petals are twisted and entwined around a ribbon-encased band, and scattered with sparkling sequins, beads and pearls. Leaves and stems create a wonderfully multi-dimensional effect, and there are ribbons to keep the headband in place.
