WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SENT FROM AND BY WHICH COURIER?
WHERE ARE THE GARMENTS MADE?
All items are made in India excluding our Tutu du Monde Flats and Cardigans which are made in China.
HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard Australian deliveries usually take 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs within Australia are $15.00 flat rate (inclusive of GST).
International shipments usually take between 2-7 business days depending on the destination, providing there are no customs hold ups. Shipping costs for overseas parcels are $25.00 flat rate. The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
Please note during sale periods there may be an additional delay in order processing times and therefore shipping time frames may vary.
Shipping fees are subject to change without notice.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.
DO I NEED TO SIGN WHEN RECEIVING MY ORDER?
To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.
DOES TUTU DU MONDE SHIP AT MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S) IF IT’S WRONG SIZE, STYLE OR COLOUR?
Tutu du Monde would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size it can be returned for an exchange or a refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE SIZE I AM AFTER?
If the size you are after is not displayed on the website, then unfortunately it means that we have sold out of that articular size. You are welcome to contact us to see if we will be restocking the item or to see if we can suggest a similar style that suits your needs.

You can shop at Tutu du Monde without creating an account. However, register with us will allow you to enjoy the following benefits:
